We combine the speed and data-processing power of AI with the experience and insight of real travel experts. AI handles the heavy lifting—finding trending spots, optimizing routes, scanning reviews—while a human planner tailors your trip to your style, needs, and pace. It’s efficiency without sacrificing personalization.

➕ Will my itinerary include pricing for activities and hotels?
Yes, where possible. We include estimated costs (like museum tickets or mid-range restaurant prices) and booking links to help you plan your budget. However, these are always estimates—actual prices may vary when you book directly with providers.

➕ Can Journey Junction plan multi-country or round-the-world trips?
Absolutely. Our Grand Odyssey tier is perfect for complex trips spanning several countries or continents. Have something ultra-unique in mind? Reach out and we’ll tailor a custom solution.

➕ Is Journey Junction only for leisure travel?
Not at all! We support business travelers, digital nomads, and bleisure adventurers too. If you’re heading out for work, let us know—we offer options like productivity blocks, local networking events, and post-meeting recovery time.


💳 Booking & Payment


➕ Do you make any bookings or reservations for me?
No—we empower you to book everything yourself. You’ll get detailed recommendations (complete with links and contact info), but the booking remains in your control. That means more flexibility and no surprise fees.

➕ How long does it take to receive my itinerary after purchase?

  • Essence Journey: 2–3 business days
  • Curated Escape: 3–4 business days
  • Grand Odyssey: 5 business days (due to extensive customization)
    We’ll confirm your estimated delivery date at checkout. Need a rush order? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

➕ What forms of payment do you accept? Is it secure?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and PayPal. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal with full SSL encryption. We never store your card information—your checkout is safe and protected.

➕ Do I need to create an account to purchase?
Nope—you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account (or add a password at checkout), you’ll be able to access your itinerary anytime via your Dashboard and track past trips. It’s optional, but highly recommended.

➕ What if my plans change or I need to adjust the itinerary?
We get it—travel can be unpredictable.

  • Essence Journey: DIY edits encouraged with our helpful tips, but revisions aren’t included.
  • Curated Escape & Grand Odyssey: One free revision within 7 days of delivery.
    Need more changes? You can purchase additional edits anytime.

➕ Can I speak with someone about my trip?
Yes—Grand Odyssey includes a 30-minute video consultation. Other tiers are email-based, but you can add a consult call for a small fee if needed. We’re committed to making you feel confident before you go.

➕ What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your itinerary doesn’t match the scope or preferences you provided, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll revise it—or issue a refund. (Note: If you’ve already taken the trip using the itinerary, we consider that acceptance of the service.)

➕ How do you ensure recommendations are up-to-date and unbiased?
We combine real-time AI scraping of recent blogs, local news, and reviews with human vetting. Unlike some services, we do not accept commissions or kickbacks from hotels or tours—our suggestions are always tailored to you, not to partnerships.
